Chris has served on the Board of Time to Compete since 2024, focusing on his role within the Finance Committee to coordinate fundraising efforts and financial partnerships. Chris lives and works in Downtown Portland, selling and leasing commercial real estate for The Boulos Company. He brings strong relationships with the local business community and a knack for complex problem solving. Chris is deeply excited to further Gib’s legacy and the mission of Time to Compete.

Deanna has spent her entire career in the financial arena. Working for public, private and NFP entities for her first thirty years she gained financial reporting, operational and senior management experience. She is currently an Associate Vice President with Morgan Stanley where she brings an immense talent to develop and simplify procedures and find innovative solutions to complex problems. She is excited to bring this energy to Time to Compete.

Matt graduated from University of Denver in 2021 with a degree in Business Analytics. He is currently a consultant who is working in the Government & Public Services sector of Deloitte. His projects have centered around large-scale system implementations, and he has gained valuable experience in managing the software development lifecycle, dashboard reporting, and solving complex problems. Matt hopes to use his data analytics and client management experience to drive informed decisions at Time to Compete.

She brings extensive expertise in policy development, grant management, project leadership, and team facilitation to the TTC board. Tina holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University.
